New Internet Banking Information

Welcome to our new and improved online banking experience.

Individuals may self-enroll using the enroll link at the top right of the main page. There is no additional applications or paperwork to sign, everything will be handled online. To view a Video on the enrollment process, click here.

Your accounts, and history will be added automatically at enrollment. Since this is a brand-new system, you will need to add your scheduled transfers from our previous product. You will also need to re-enroll in bill pay, as this is also a new system, with new features and payment methods. Bill pay enrollment can be done online with no need to come into the bank.

We have added many new features to include e-statements, enhanced security and expanded payment options in bill pay, and we will continue to add features and functions.

We have a few features we are still working on; external transfers and integration with Quick Books and Quicken.

Enhanced Security: With our new security features it is more important than ever that we have your current contact information. The new system will better protect you, allow you access to new features and the ability to enroll in those features without coming into the bank. To do this it is important that we have current and correct contact information. If you have not done so please help us to update your cell phone and e-mail information.

Business Customers: For existing business customers, we will help you enroll. All customers are welcome to call for help at (850) 678-3110. If you have an existing Internet Banking account you will not have to sign any new paperwork, you can call us and we will help you get started over the phone. In most case you can keep your current username and we will provide you with a temporary password.

Business Customers Using Cash Management: For ACH, wires, payroll and other advanced functions, we will setup your account for you and work on helping you to transition.

Additional Notes for Bill Pay Users: This is a new system. You will need to add your payees to the new system. We are leaving the old system online for a limited time to aide you in this transition. If you leave a payment on the old system and add it to the new it may double post the payment. To avoid this please delete the old payments or call us to have your old account disabled. We may call you if we see you have signed up and ask if you are ready to have your old account disabled. If you need help setting up your default payment account, please call us at (850) 678-3110.

Mobile Banking Users: New Apps are on the way to the App stores now, once you upgrade to the new App you will only be able to access the new system with that App. App store links can be found on our mobile banking page.
